That's why I created the 21-day Immune Boosting Challenge .
I wanted to offer something to empower you to stay healthy (or become healthy!) when your life gets busy.
The focus of the 21-Day Immune Boosting Challenge is to help you bolster your immune system by developing a healthy lifestyle. The program will include:
- 3 weeks of meal plans and grocery lists to make it easy to shop for healthy, immune boosting food.
- 21 days of 5-minute centering exercises, so you can relieve your stress.
- Daily emails of encouragement.
- You'll have the option of purchasing a 30-day supply of immune boosting supplements, delivered straight to your door.

I tried the exercise and found that it makes me more relaxed and at peace with where I am. It also, helps me change my thinking My thoughts are more positive, and not so much in a panic. But, then again I wasn't in a crisis situation when doing the exercise. But, noticing as I have incorporated a call down bedtime 10 minute yoga stretch and breathing activity, it makes me more relaxed and ready for bed.
