Welcome to this free mini series on "quick and health meals for busy people."

This series to transform your idea of fast food. I make fast food all the time in my home in minutes. My fast food is fresh food that highly nutritious and tasty at the same time.

In this series you will get 5 cooking demo (really non cooking demos) that take less than 5 minutes make. The great thing about these recipes are that they are so tasty you will love them and so will your family.

We will start with one the most important meal of the day breakfast!

Then we will make a mason jar salad, lunch time wrap, a great nutritious snack and lovely refreshing twist on a healthy drink.

Who Am I to Tell You This?

I’m Dr. Daemon Jones, but my friends and patients call me “Dr. Dae.” I’m a doctor who helps her patients create a sustainable lifestyle transition and the author of Eat More Plants.

I’ll tell you what no one else will…

Your risk for disease and a shorter life has more to do with what you eat than genetics. Chances are, you’ve been told all your life to give up your favorite foods or that dieting is a “no pain/no gain” situation.

I know exactly what you’re going through.

After I graduated from Northwestern University, I joined one of the top 5 consulting firms in the country. It felt as if I never stopped working. After driving 1.5 hours every day and juggling multiplying responsibilities…

I caved.

Mental and physical exhaustion wiped me out, and I ended up eating fast food every day. My health became my last priority.

Eventually, I had enough. Fed up with living unhappily and eating life-shortening food, I sought the help of a naturopathic doctor. She reversed my dangerous path and helped me transition to a more balanced life.

Only when I placed my focus on my mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being did I break free from the trap of stress and poor nutrition.

I had to share this information with as many people as I could, so I decided to become a naturopathic doctor myself. After attending University of Bridgeport’s College of Naturopathic Medicine, I embarked on a mission to help people like me…

The meals look tasty and easy to make. I look forward to making the ones I don't make already. I would like to know the minimum size mason jar to use for the salad in a jar. I use coconut water (much cheaper at Costco than the grocery store) and kale or spinach in my morning smoothies. I'll give almond milk and romaine lettuce a try.

This was worth every minute! I was traveling so I choose to view over a 2 day period! Informative, engaging and simple and easy to imagine adopting into my routine! I don't know how you were able to pack so much information in these (less than) 5 minute segments! Can you do more on foods that help to reduce inflammation? I did not know that pain can be a sign of inflammation until I took this course! Thanks again!

I loved all the ideas for quick and healthy meals. I am a busy person and I am always looking at how to get healthy meals to take with me. I love the ideas of using Mason Jars for oatmeal and salads. It makes it so easy to prepare ahead of time and just take it with me to work. I also love the wrap ideas and how to use Hummus to keep the wraps together.
